KEG SOLAR WARRANTY POLICY

KEG Solar, based in Sydney and now in the Gold Coast, is committed to delivering premium products and workmanship of the highest quality. Our warranty policy reflects our dedication to providing reliable and efficient solar energy solutions tailored to our customers' needs.

WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY

KEG Solar offers a 25-year workmanship warranty for all PV systems installed, inverters replaced, or repairs completed by our team. This warranty covers the operation and performance of the solar system and ensures that all work meets our exceptional quality standards.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

KEG Solar ensures that only premium brands of panels, inverters, and installer equipment are used in our products. If any product fails to meet performance or durability standards, warranty claims should be initiated as instructed by the manufacturer. Product warranties vary by manufacturer and can be provided upon request.

TRANSFERABILITY

This warranty is transferable to any subsequent purchaser of the premises where the solar system is installed, ensuring peace of mind for all future owners.

REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENTS

KEG Solar commits to implementing repairs or replacements within seven (7) business days of a warranty claim being initiated, ensuring minimal disruption to your energy needs.

EFFECTIVENESS

This warranty becomes effective once all outstanding payments for the solar system have been received, and title to the system has passed to the customer. Unauthorized work or failure to follow KEG Solar's care instructions may void this warranty.

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover:

Your existing electrical installation, wiring, or fuse box.
Malicious damage or abuse.
Damage caused by vermin, animals, or pests.
Acts of nature (e.g., storms, floods) or improper voltage/power surges.
Alterations to your property required for the installation process.
Any damage that was not reasonably foreseeable or beyond KEG Solar’s control.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

KEG Solar’s installation services come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. If a non-major issue occurs, we will remedy it free of charge within a reasonable time. For major failures, you may cancel the agreement and receive a refund or compensation for the difference in value provided.
